Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Australia.

Processing times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Australia (standard): 2–7 business days depending on location
• Australia (express): 1–3 business days
• New Zealand: 5–10 business days

These are estimates — carriers occasionally run behind, especially during peak periods.

Preorders
If your order contains a preorder item, the whole order ships together once preorder stock arrives — the estimated dispatch window is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email. Want your in-stock items sooner? Place two separate orders.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, get in touch and we'll chase it up with the carrier.
